Title 19. Health Care Facilities

Subtitle 12. Comprehensive Physical Rehabilitation Facilities

A comprehensive rehabilitation facility shall meet the requirements of this subtitle before the facility may provide:

(1)

Comprehensive physical rehabilitation services; or

(2)

Any specialized rehabilitation program.
