The Secretary shall: Establish a technical assistance unit within the Department to support compliance efforts and best practices; and Establish a list of approved medical automated systems. The Secretary may: Partially reimburse a nursing home for installation of automated systems that have been approved by the Department; Develop guidelines for reimbursement; and Adopt regulations for the implementation of this subtitle.
