In this Part V of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. “Carrier” has the meaning stated in § 15–1301 of the Insurance Article. “Enrollee” means an individual entitled to health benefits from a carrier. “Physician rating system” has the meaning stated in § 15–1701 of the Insurance Article. “Ratings examiner” means an independent entity that is approved by the Commission to review physician rating systems.
