## Title 19. Health Care Facilities

### Subtitle 3. Hospitals and Related Institutions

#### Section 19-310.7

(a) In this section, "health system" has the meaning stated in Sec. 15-112(y) of the Insurance Article.

(b) A health system shall comply with Sec. 15-112(y) of the Insurance Article.
