### Subtitle 3. Hospitals and Related Institutions

#### Section 19-326

If a hospital voluntarily closes, merges, or is delicensed under Sec. 19-325 of this subtitle, the Department of Commerce, in cooperation with the Maryland Health Care Commission, shall assist the hospital and local community in identifying alternative uses for the hospital buildings or sites.
