### Subtitle 7. Health Maintenance Organizations

#### Section 19-712.7

To the extent required under federal law, a health maintenance organization shall reimburse a community health resource, as defined in Sec. 19-2101 of this title, for covered services provided to a member or subscriber of the health maintenance organization.
