### Subtitle 3. Nuisance Control

#### Section 20-309

A person who fails to comply with the requirements of a notice served under Sec. 20-306 or Sec. 20-307 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
