## Title 21. Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics

### Subtitle 12. Penalties

#### Section 21-1202

(a) A person who violates any provision of Sec. 21-436 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50.

(b) Half of any fine collected under this section shall be paid to the school board of the county where the violation occurred.
