## Title 21. Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics

### Subtitle 12. Penalties

#### Section 21-1204

(a) A person who violates any provision of Sec. 21-820 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.

(b) For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
