## Title 21. Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics

### Subtitle 12. Penalties

#### Section 21-1205

(a) A person who violates Sec. 21-819 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:

  (1) For a first offense, a fine not exceeding $300; or

  (2) For a subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding $500.

(b) For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
