## Title 21. Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics

### Subtitle 12. Penalties

#### Section 21-1212

A person who violates any provision of Sec. 21-1111 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or both.
