## Title 21. Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics

### Subtitle 4. Milk Products

#### Section 21-412

An applicant for a permit shall:

(1) Submit an application to the Secretary on the form that the Secretary provides; and

(2) Pay to the Secretary an annual fee established by the Secretary under Sec. 2-104 of this article.
