## Title 22. Poisons, Dangerous Household Substances, Flammable Products, and Hazardous Materials

### Subtitle 4. Maryland Flammable Products Act

#### Section 22-402

The Department shall adopt the federal rules and regulations that:

(1) Are adopted under the federal Flammable Fabrics Act of 1967; and

(2) Relate to products, fabrics, or related materials.
