A county or municipality awarded a grant from the Fund shall submit annually to the Secretary and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly a report that includes data describing: The services provided; The number of individuals receiving services; Outcomes for individuals receiving services; and An assessment of the funded activities’ ability to scale.
