## Title 24. Miscellaneous Provisions

### Subtitle 21. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury Alternative Therapies Fund

#### Section 24-2101

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Alternative therapies" includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy and psychedelics including 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), psilocybin, and ketamine.

(c) "Fund" means the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury Alternative Therapies Fund.
