### Subtitle 4. Registered Nurses Personally Preparing and Dispensing Drugs and Devices in Local Health Departments

#### Section 3-402

A registered nurse shall comply with:

(1) The formulary developed and approved under Sec. 3-403(b) of this subtitle; and

(2) The requirements of Sec. 8-512 of the Health Occupations Article.
