## Title 5. Death

### Subtitle 5. Miscellaneous Provisions

#### Section 5-507

(a) A person who violates any provision of Sec. 5-502, Sec. 5-503, Sec. 5-504, or Sec. 5-505 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.

(b) A person who violates any provision of Sec. 5-506(b) of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $200 or imprisonment not exceeding 6 months.
