(a)
Each health occupations board authorized to issue a license or certificate under this article shall notify all licensees or certificate holders of board vacancies.
(b)
Except as otherwise provided in this article, a health occupations board may give notice of a board vacancy by electronic mail or a notice on the board’s Web site.
