## Title 11. Optometrists

### Subtitle 3

#### Section 11-301

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this title or Sec.Sec. 10-14A-03 and 10-14B-03 of the State Government Article, an individual shall be licensed by the Board before the individual may practice optometry in this State.

(b) This section does not apply to a student while participating in a residency training program under the direct supervision of a licensed optometrist.
