## Title 12. Pharmacists and Pharmacies

### Subtitle 3

#### Section 12-303

(a) To apply for a license, an applicant shall:

  (1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires;

  (2) Pay the application fees set by the Board; and

  (3) Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with Sec. 12-302.1 of this subtitle.

(b) An application shall be signed and verified by the applicant as to completion of the required professional experience program.
