To apply for a license, an applicant shall: Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; Pay the application fees set by the Board; and Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 12–302.1 of this subtitle. An application shall be signed and verified by the applicant as to completion of the required professional experience program.
