The Board shall reinstate the license of a pharmacist whose license has been expired for less than 2 years, if the pharmacist: Meets the renewal and reinstatement requirements set by rule and regulation of the Board; and Pays to the Board the reinstatement fee set by the Board. The Board shall reinstate the license of a pharmacist whose license has been expired for 2 years or more if the pharmacist: Meets the reinstatement requirements established by the Board in its rules or regulations; Satisfies the requirements of subsection (a) of this section; and Submits to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 12–302.1 of this subtitle.
