## Title 12. Pharmacists and Pharmacies

### Subtitle 6C. Wholesale Distributor Permitting and Prescription Drug Integrity Act

#### Section 12-6C-13

On or before January 1, 2008, and on or before January 1 of  each subsequent year, the Board shall report to the Governor and,  in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of the State Government Article, to the  General Assembly on the implementation of this subtitle.
