## Title 14. Physicians

### Subtitle 5C. Polysomnographic Technologists

#### Section 14-5C-11

To apply for a license, an applicant shall:

(1) Complete a criminal history records check in accordance with Sec. 14-308.1 of this title;

(2) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and

(3) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board.
