### Subtitle 5D. Athletic Trainers

#### Section 14-5D-12.1

(a) A licensee shall notify the Board in writing of a change in name or address within 30 days after the change.

(b) A licensee who fails to comply with subsection (a) of this section is subject to an administrative penalty of $100.
