Subtitle 5G. Genetic Counselors

A disciplinary panel may issue a cease and desist order for:

(1)

Practicing genetic counseling without a license or with an unauthorized person; or

(2)

Supervising or aiding an unauthorized person in the practice of genetic counseling.
