A majority of the members then serving on the Committee is a quorum. The Committee shall meet at least once a year, at the times and places that it determines. The Committee may hold special meetings if: Requested by the Board; or The chair or a majority of the members then serving on the Committee consider a meeting to be necessary or advisable. Reasonable notice of all Committee meetings shall be given in the manner determined by the Committee. A member of the Committee: May not receive compensation as a member of the Committee; but Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
