The Board shall maintain on its website a roster of all licensees who meet the requirements of this title. The Board shall include on each electronic license record: The category of license; The full name of the licensee; If the licensee is a licensed bachelor social worker or a licensed master social worker, whether the licensee is approved to engage in independent practice; A license number; The license status; The expiration date; The original date of issuance; and If applicable, disciplinary history.
