## Title 1A. Acupuncturists

### Subtitle 3. Licensing

#### Section 1A-313

If an acupuncturist is engaged in the private practice of acupuncture in this State, the acupuncturist shall display the notice developed under Sec. 1-207 of this article conspicuously in each office where the acupuncturist is engaged in practice.
