# Health Occupations (GHO)

## Title 2. Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, Speech-language Pathologists, and Music Therapists

### Subtitle 3

#### Section 2-303

To apply for a license, an applicant shall:

(1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires;

(2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board; and

(3) Submit satisfactory evidence of having completed a State and national criminal history records check in accordance with Sec. 2-303.1 of this subtitle.
