## Title 21. Environmental Health Specialists

### Subtitle 3. Licensing

#### Section 21-302

To obtain a license, an applicant shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Board that the applicant:

(1) Is at least 18 years old;

(2) Is of good moral character;

(3) Has satisfied the education and experience requirements to qualify for examination under Sec. 21-304 of this subtitle;

(4) Except as otherwise provided in this title, has successfully passed an examination as required by the Board; and

(5) Beginning July 1, 2027, has submitted to a criminal history records check in accordance with Sec. 21-302.1 of this subtitle.
