(a)
The Board, on the affirmative vote of a majority of its full appointed membership, may reinstate the license of an individual whose license has been revoked.
(b)
Beginning July 1, 2027, an individual applying for reinstatement of a revoked license shall submit satisfactory evidence of submitting to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 21–302.1 of this subtitle.
(c)
The Board may not reinstate a license if the criminal history record information has not been received.
