## Title 21. Environmental Health Specialists

### Subtitle 4

#### Section 21-402

A person who violates any provision of Sec. 21-301 of this title or Sec. 21-401 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or both.
