### Subtitle 3. Licensing

#### Section 4-304.1

To apply for a certificate to be an expanded function dental assistant, an applicant shall:

(1) Submit an application to the Board in a manner that the Board requires; and

(2) Pay to the Board an application fee set by the Board.
