§ 4–601
Statutes in effect as of October 1, 2026.
(a)
Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice dentistry or dental hygiene on a human being in this State unless licensed by the Board.
(b)
A person may not aid or abet unauthorized practice of dental hygiene in this State.
