## Title 7. Morticians and Funeral Directors

### Subtitle 3

#### Section 7-312

Any person who obtains a burial-transit permit under Sec. 4-215 of the Health - General Article is exempt from any requirement of this title to be under the direction of a licensed mortician or licensed funeral director.
