One or more licensed morticians or funeral directors may practice mortuary science as a professional association. A professional association shall be conducted under the name authorized by the Department of Assessments and Taxation. Before practicing as a professional association, the licensee shall: Notify the Board; and Submit to the Board the name and address of each member of the professional association.
