## Title 7. Morticians and Funeral Directors

### Subtitle 4B

#### Section 7-4B-01

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Pet" means a domesticated or tamed animal kept as a companion or for pleasure.

(c) "Pet cremains" means the body fragments of a pet after having been cremated.

(d) "Pet remains" has the meaning stated in Sec. 5-101 of the Business Regulation Article.
