## Title 8. Nurses

### Subtitle 6A. Certification of Nursing Assistants, Dialysis Technicians, and Medication Technicians

#### Section 8-6A-11

(a) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board under Sec. 8-6A-10 of this subtitle may only take a direct judicial appeal as allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act.

(b) A Board decision may not be stayed while judicial review is pending.
