## Title 9. Nursing Home Administrators and Assisted Living Managers

### Subtitle 3A. Assisted Living Managers

#### Section 9-3A-03

To apply for a license, an applicant shall: 

(1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires;

(2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board; and

(3) Submit satisfactory evidence of having completed a State and national criminal history records check in accordance with Sec. 9-302.1 of this title.
