Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c) of this section, an individual whose license has been revoked or surrendered under this subtitle may apply for reinstatement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the revocation order or surrender. If an individual applies for reinstatement under subsection (a) of this section, the Board may: Reinstate the license; Reinstate the license with terms and conditions the Board determines are appropriate and necessary; or Deny reinstatement. If the Board denies an application for reinstatement, the Board may: Set a date before which the applicant may not reapply; or Permanently prohibit reapplication. An individual whose license has been revoked or surrendered under this subtitle and who seeks reinstatement shall meet the continuing education requirements established for the renewal of licenses as if the individual were licensed during the period of revocation or surrender.
