The Department consists of: the Division of Credit Assurance; the Division of Development Finance; the Division of Neighborhood Revitalization; the Community Development Administration; the Community Legacy Program; the Housing Finance Review Committee; the Lead Hazard Advisory Committee; the Maryland Housing Fund; the Neighborhood Business Development Program; the Historic Property Revitalization Director; and any other governmental unit that under law is a part of the Department.
