Title 4. Division of Development Finance

Subtitle 17. Self-Help Homeownership Technical Assistance Program

The Department shall:

(1)

administer the Program;

(2)

establish guidelines to determine eligibility of applicants for technical assistance grants; and

(3)

adopt regulations to carry out the Program.
