### Subtitle 17. Self-Help Homeownership Technical Assistance Program

#### Section 4-1705

The Department shall:

(1) administer the Program;

(2) establish guidelines to determine eligibility of applicants for technical assistance grants; and

(3) adopt regulations to carry out the Program.
