## Title 7. Assisted Housing Preservation Act

### Subtitle 2. Protected Actions

#### Section 7-211

The right of first purchase under this subtitle does not apply to the prepayment of a mortgage and sale of an assisted project if the prepayment and sale are done under a plan of action approved by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under Sec. 225 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987, 12 U.S.C. Sec. 4107.
