For fiscal years 2026 through 2028, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $80,000 for the Pilot Program. The funds appropriated under subsection (a) of this section shall be transferred by the Department to the Montgomery County Village Consortium to be used for: employing an operations manager; fund–raising; marketing and outreach; and programming.
