## Title 5. Public Assistance

### Subtitle 5B. Temporary Disability Assistance Program

#### Section 5-5B-06

(a) In determining  whether an applicant qualifies for assistance under this subtitle, the local department shall evaluate whether the applicant meets the  criteria listed under Sec. 5-5B-03 of this subtitle.

(b) The local department shall notify the applicant of its determination under subsection (a) of this section.
