Title 5. Public Assistance

Subtitle 6. Miscellaneous Provisions

The Administration may:

(1)

accept any federal funds or commodities;

(2)

manage and dispose of any federal funds or commodities as required by federal law; and

(3)

apply the federal Social Security Act or any other federal law relating to public assistance to the benefit of the State.
