Title 6. Community Services

Subtitle 5. Adult Services

In accordance with the State budget, the CARE Program shall provide for:

(1)

the development of CARE housing;

(2)

case management to individuals with disabilities residing in CARE housing; and

(3)

supportive services for individuals with disabilities residing in CARE housing.
