In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. “Department” means the Department of Disabilities. “Initiative” means the Maryland as a Model Employer Initiative. “Office” means the Office of Disability Employment Advancement and Policy. “Secretary” means the Secretary of Disabilities.
